Go to My Bookings, select the hotel, and click Cancel in the action's tab. Refunds will be processed as per the hotel’s cancellation policy. Non-refundable rooms cannot be canceled.
Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
